HELPING JACKSON OFFSHORE DELIVER SAFELY
Challenge
Safety messaging offshore often blends into the background.
Jackson needed something their crews would actually notice. Something that felt motivating, not mandatory. The goal was to reduce incidents, reinforce accountability, and make safety feel personal and empowering across their fleet.
Approach
We built a bold, illustration-led campaign system centered on strength, ownership, and pride.
Posters, onboard signage, apparel, and physical assets turned everyday safety reminders into striking visuals crews couldn’t ignore. The style elevated Jackson’s brand standards while delivering clear, positive messaging that met workers where they are.
Outcome
Safety communication became visible, memorable, and part of the culture.
Teams engaged more, took greater ownership on the job, and Jackson gained a cohesive visual language that continues to support awareness, accountability, and fewer workplace incidents.
